Our mission is simple: be the place Kentuckians turn to for honest, unbiased Medicare guidance. Not a sales pitch. A resource.

I wanted to be the agent people could actually trust.
Hi, I'm Austin Tyler. I'm a Kentuckian, born and raised, and I help other Kentuckians make sense of Medicare.
I started this office because I watched too many good people get rushed, confused, and sold the wrong thing by someone they'd never talk to again. Medicare is one of the biggest decisions you'll make for your health and your money. You deserve to understand it, not just sign where someone points.
So I built something simple. A local office that explains things honestly, in plain English, and never charges you a dime for the help. If a plan is right for you, I'll say so. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too, even when it costs me the sale. And I'll be the same person who picks up the phone next year when something changes.
That's really the whole mission here: to be the place Kentuckians can turn to for honest, unbiased Medicare guidance. Not a sales pitch. A resource.
A little about me: I grew up in Owensboro, went to Murray State for undergrad and liked it enough to stay for my MBA, then opened this office in Lexington right after. When I'm not talking Medicare, I've usually got a book I can't put down, my Australian shepherd Bentley at my feet, and a Rubik's cube somewhere on my desk. (Yes, I can actually solve it.)
No script. No pressure. No call center. Just a neighbor who happens to know Medicare inside and out, and is glad to help.
